Hi Lash babes !!! Thank you for choosing Lashed.By.Misha. Please be aware that you will be laying down for 2-3 hours for new sets. Please read all policies thoroughly before booking & contacting. After booking you will receive a email with all the details of your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to DM me on Instagram @lashed.by.misha *PICTURES AND VIDEOS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER SERVICE * You must wear a mask to your appointment, if you are sick or have had symptoms of COVID/FLU PLEASE CANCEL. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT I DO NOT perform foreign fills, if you still have extensions on from another lash tech YOU MUST ADD "LASH REMOVAL" to your service. I DO NOT WORK ON ANY WORK BESIDES MY OWN Please come with a fresh face and lashes which means no mascara, lash glue, moisturizer or makeup.If you have dirty lashes , I will be forced to give you a lash bath ( $15 service fee ) NO LASH BATH = NO SERVICE. LATE/ CANCELLATION POLICY 15 minutes late AUTOMATICALLY cancels the appointment, forfeits deposit & must reschedule. New deposit will be required for a new appointment. Please take into account any traffic ,bank stops , parking , or transit issues before scheduled appointment time. Please inform me 24- hours prior that you will be unable to make the service. BOOKING POLICY To book your appointment, a non-refundable $30 deposit is required. Deposit will go towards your service the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order for your deposit to be honored towards your new appointment date. Clients are allowed 2 rescheduled appointments before deposit is forfeited in which you will need to leave another deposit to book a new appointment. The only forms of payment I accept is cash, debit/credit. When using a card be advised there is a 3.5% charging fee! FILL POLICY In order for your appointment to be a fill, you must have at least 1/3 of the original set left. As long as you get your lashes touched up within 2-3 weeks and maintain 30%-50% of your last application, your appointment will be treated as a fill, otherwise, less than 30% of extensions will result in a Full Set, and a full set price. Please be sure to follow your lash artist's guidelines to maintain clean, healthy, and long-lasting eyelash extensions. Remember to take care of your investment! CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments canceled within less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service. Appointments cancelled same day will be charged 100% of the service or you will not be serviced again in the future. TARDY POLICY Please notify us if you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. If you are late for your appointment, YOU are taking away from your allotted appointment time. Your appointment will not be extended, it will end on time according to the original booked time and will be charged in full as if you showed up on time. NO SHOW POLICY Treserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to the appointment. After 2 no shows vou will not be able to book any future appointments. ALLERGIC REACTIONS/REMOVALS We do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction. We will remove the set for free and may offer a voucher for another service. Reactions are always a possibility and can happen at any time. REFUNDS/FIXES We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received please notify us immediately. We offer one time complimentary follow up appointment that is limited to 60 minutes. One time complimentary follow up appointment must be made within 72 hours of the initial appointment. NO CHILDREN Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services we do not allow children into the suite during a service. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.Business Hours
